In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have a new support system available where you can speak with members of the Barking & Dagenham Talking Therapies Team.
We are here to support you with your emotional wellbeing during this difficult time and can signpost you to relevant resources in the community if needed.

For Emotional Wellbeing support, we are open Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm or if a formal referral is needed to our Talking therapies service, we can assist you with this as well.
